磷酸甘油酸激酶 (PGK) 是一种参与糖酵解和糖异生的关键酶。目前,磷酸甘油酸激酶 (PGK) 具有两种同工酶,PGK1 和 PGK2。磷酸甘油酸激酶 (PGK) 能够可逆地催化磷酸基团从 1,3-二磷酸甘油酸 (1,3-bisphosphoglycerate) 转移到 ADP 上,产生 3-磷酸甘油酸 (3-phosphoglycerate) 和ATP。这个反应是糖酵解过程中产生 ATP 的第一步。磷酸甘油酸激酶 (PGK) 的功能异常会使细胞能量代谢紊乱,进而引发和影响多种疾病的发生发展,如癌症、溶血性贫血、神经肌肉功能障碍等[1]

Phosphoglycerate Kinase (PGK) is a key enzyme involved in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis. Currently, there are two isoenzymes of Phosphoglycerate Kinase, PGK1 and PGK2. Phosphoglycerate Kinase (PGK) catalyzes the reversible transfer of a phosphate group from 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate to ADP, producing 3-phosphoglycerate and ATP. This reaction is the first step in ATP production during glycolysis. Abnormal function of Phosphoglycerate Kinase (PGK) can disrupt cellular energy metabolism, thereby triggering and influencing the occurrence and development of various diseases, such as cancer, hemolytic anemia, neuromuscular dysfunction, etc[1].
